Lemon-Ginger Tea
Ingredients
- 1 – 2 organic lemons
- a thumb-sized piece of ginger (or more for stronger ginger flavor)
- 1l / 34 fl oz boiling water
- honey for sweetening
Method
- Rinse the lemons with warm water and cut into slices.
- Peel the ginger and slice thinly.
- Place the lemon and ginger slices in a teapot, pour over with boiling water and let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
- Sweeten with honey and enjoy while hot.
