Lemon-Ginger Tea

  • Servings: 1 teapot
  • Difficulty: easy

  • 1 – 2 organic lemons
  • a thumb-sized piece of ginger (or more for stronger ginger flavor)
  • 1l / 34 fl oz boiling water
  • honey for sweetening
  1. Rinse the lemons with warm water and cut into slices.
  2. Peel the ginger and slice thinly.
  3. Place the lemon and ginger slices in a teapot, pour over with boiling water and let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. Sweeten with honey and enjoy while hot.
