This is an old family recipe, that I simply inherited and never changed a thing in it, because it’s perfect. I love the satiny, soft consistency and the rich flavor of dark chocolate. With only 4 ingredients, it’s so easy to make, it literally takes 5 minutes. This fabulous chocolate glaze spreads easily over cakes and other types of desserts and is a perfect accompaniment for my Chocolate Cake, Marble Loaf Cake or Chocolate – Cherry – Cake.
