Garlic Bread

The art of making the perfect garlic bread is to make it neither too greasy nor too dry. Other than that it’s super simple and it goes well with a wide range of grilled dishes.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Without cutting completely through the bottom, cut the bread diagonally into thick slices. Spread garlic-herb butter generously between slices.

  2. Wrap loaf in foil and bake in the oven at 180°C / 350°F for 15 minutes, then open the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

  3. Serve immediately.
