Lemon-Ginger Tea

  • 1 large or 2 small, untreated lemons
  • a thumb-sized piece of ginger (it can as well be a bit more or slightly less.)
  • 1l / 34fl oz boiling water
  • honey for sweetening


  1. Wash the lemon and cut into slices.
  2. Peel the ginger and also cut into thin slices.
  3. Put the lemon and ginger slices in a teapot, pour boiling water and let it brew for about 10 minutes.
  4. Sweeten with honey and enjoy.
